An artistic approach<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n On the initiative of the Hauts-de-France region, and its President Xavier Bertrand, the association “Art & jardins | Hauts-de-France” takes over in 2018 the production and organization of<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the International Gadren Festival | Hortillonnages Amiens<\/span>. Directed by Gilbert Fillinger, it therefore extended its actions to the whole of the territory with lasting proposals such as\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the Gardens of Peace<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>route or\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the citizen gardens in the mining area<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>; she also leads projects around the question of the garden on a European or even international level. Producer of contemporary works – landscape and plastic – in public space, the association reveals and questions the heritage and memorial sites of Hauts-de-France. It thus participates in the enhancement and preservation of the cultural heritage of the region, while remaining resolutely committed to applying the principles of sustainable development, both in the creative process of the gardens and in the enhancement of works and events.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n[\/spb_text_block] [spb_text_block animation=”none” animation_delay=”0″ simplified_controls=”yes” custom_css_percentage=”no” padding_vertical=”0″ padding_horizontal=”0″ margin_vertical=”0″ custom_css=”margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;” border_size=”0″ border_styling_global=”default” width=”1\/1″ el_position=”first last”]\n Social integration and inclusion<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n art & jardins | Hauts-de-France<\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>pays particular attention to social integration through work and therefore focuses on the return to employment of the long-term unemployed and young people. Several existing public schemes are already being used: integration projects, civic services, apprenticeship contracts, etc. In addition to promoting a return to the labor market, these mechanisms also aim to strengthen the labor market processes, socialization and the development of social bonds among people who feel increasingly excluded. Thus, our projects have an asserted social aim as the maintenance of gardens, upstream and downstream of the artistic creation, is ensured by an inclusion workshop. The 12 workers of the one year long workshop (for which we are autorized) intervene mainly on the Hortillonnages, along the valley of the Somme, and on the<\/span>\u00a0gardens of peace<\/span><\/i>\u00a0of P\u00e9ronne and Thiepval. Other inclusion workshop, municipal or community-based, are called in reinforcement, notably on the gardens of Le Quesnoy in the North and Craonne in the Aisne.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n This project was cofinanced by the European Social Fund within the framework of the National Operational Program “Emploi et Inclusion” 2014 – 2020<\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
